DEDICATION OF THE NEW David L. Boren Library at Seminole Junior College last week was another highlight in the continued progress of that institution and of Seminole. That progress encompasses more than just the local community.

September is National Preparedness Month, an initiative led by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to encourage Americans to prepare for disasters and emergencies.
