Read moreThis past week, the state of Oklahoma has seen a higher number of COVID- 19 related hospitalizations than it has during any other point in the pandemic. According to an update provided by the Oklahoma State Department of Health on Tuesday, October 6, 637 patients with COVID are currently under hospital care across the state, and among those, 245 have been admitted to Intensive Care. In addition to this, 101 Oklahomans whose COVID status is classified as “under investigation,” have entered into hospital supervision, bringing the total number of hospitalized persons in the state to a record number of over 700.
