Via a tweet on Sunday, October 18, President Monks affirmed that cities in Oklahoma which have enforced mask mandates have experienced much lower rates of positive COVID-19 testing among their communities. “We need face mask mandates to protect more of our Oklahoma citizens,” alleged Monks in his twitter post.
