William Franklin Quinalty, age 95 of Seminole, departed this life on earth Saturday, May 30, 2020 in Seminole, OK. He was born to the late Dess Quinalty and Ethel Littreal December 6,1924 in Boonville, Arkansas. He married Lorene McGinnis, June 1, 1946 in Seminole.
