Seminole Nation Museum a 2021 ‘Blue Star’ Museum

The Seminole Nation Museum in Wewoka announced it will join museums nationwide in the Blue Star Museums initiative, a program that provides free admission to currently-serving U.S. military personnel and their families this summer.

Seminole Nation Museum’s Military Exhibition is named in honor of Major General Franklin A. Nichols, a Holdenville native who served in the U.S. Air Force. Major Nichols provided the seed money to create this exhibition.
