American Legion Post 204 is honoring deceased veteran David C.R. Fletcher by flying a special flag in his honor at Veterans Park in downtown Seminole. The flag began flying July 1 and will fly the entire month. Fletcher was born Oct. 30, 1940 in Maud to Robert “Buck” and Bertha Fletcher.
