Read moreA Bald Eagle was returned to the wild on Monday, December 13. The magnificent bird was found injured near Wewoka and spent a month in rehabilitation at the Grey Snow Eagle House in Perkins, Oklahoma. There was a small group of area residents present to witness the birds release, awestruck as the majestic black bird with a brilliant white tail and head sprung from its cage and quickly rose into the cloudless sky.
