Seminole State College is offering COVID relief funds to students through an allocation of the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) III that is being provided by the U.S. Department of Education, as authorized by the American Rescue Plan.

During its annual Fall Forum meeting, to be held on Wednesday, Oct. 20 – Friday, Oct. 22 and culminating on Monday, Oct. 25, the Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy (OICA) will announce winners of three awards recognizing excellence in child advocacy and philanthropy.

As times change, it’s important that laws change as well. The Legislature is constantly looking at ways to modernize laws that are outdated and fix laws that aren’t working as intended.
