Kiah, Jaci and KK Andrews somehow managed to make a snowman, in this case an ice minion, out of the ice and sleet that blanketed Seminole Wednesday and Thursday. The youngsters’ parents are Kevin and Lonna Andrews. Activity in the city came to a virtual standstill for much of the week, as the winter storm left behind slick roads. Schools either called off classes or shifted to a virtual learning platform through Friday.
