A felony charge of larceny of an automobile was filed in the District Court of Seminole County on March 8 against Seminole resident Haley Cheyenne Ritter, 22. The felony information states Ritter committed the crime… “on or about the 26th day of January 2022, by wrongfully taking and carrying away a 2004 Chevrolet 1500 pickup without the consent of (victim’s name withheld), the owner of the pickup, and with the intent to steal said automobile.”
