The annual awards assembly recognizing scholarship and activities other than athletic was held in the Seminole High School auditorium. In addition to the high school students there were many parents and other visitors on hand for the occasion.

As you can imagine, the stronger the wind, the rougher the water, so kitesurfers must survive not only the waves but also invisible gusts that can pull someone 50 feet into the air without notice.
