A Seminole man faces felony drug charges following a routine traffic stop that resulted in the alleged confiscation of 147.3 grams of methamphetamine. According to felony information filed in the District Court of Seminole County, Kevin Dean Hand, 33, has been charged with one count of Trafficking in Illegal Drugs (Methamphetamine). The information states that this crime is punishable by imprisonment for 4 years to Life and fine of not less than $25,000 to $200,000.
