Seminole County Sheriff’s Investigator J. T. Palmer was joined at Wewoka Public Schools by members of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Seminole County Sheriff’s office, Seminole Nation Lighthorse Police and Wewoka Police Tuesday morning to help create a number of realistic scenarios for teachers and staff to experience what an active shooter situation looks, sounds, and feels like, and give them practice in reacting to that experience.
