Debra Ann Hendrix passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2026 in Holdenville, Oklahoma at the age of 69.

She is preceded in death by parents, and brother, Johnny Smith.

Debbie is survived by her daughter, Leslie Shed of Holdenville, OK; grandchildren, Weston Shed and Autum Shed; brother, Bart Smith of Wewoka, OK, along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, August 3, 2026 at Stout-Phillips Funeral Chapel in Wewoka, OK with Pastor Tommy Azlin officiating.
