Franklin Peggi Charlene (Lumley) Franklin, age 55 and a resident of Konawa, Oklahoma passed away at her home May 2, 2026.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 15, 2026 at the First Baptist Church in Konawa. Cremation is under the direction of Swearingen Funeral of Konawa.

She is survived by her husband, Casey Franklin of the home; two sons, Trevor Franklin of Ft. Worth, Texas, and Garrett Franklin and wife, Cora of Bristow, Oklahoma; one daughter, Franki Franklin of Konawa; three brothers, Randy Lumley of Kansas City, Kansas, Steve Lumley of Konawa, and twin brother, Charlie Lumley and wife, Stacey of Bridge Creek, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, multiple nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, John and Beau Lumley.
