CENTRAL Arcadia: April 21. Elevation is 0.5 ft. above normal and stable, water temperature 68°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) White bass good on hair jigs and spinnerbaits around channels, coves, and points. Blue and channel catfish fair on cut bait and dough bait around main lake and points. Hefner: April 19. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 67°F and stained. (USGS Lake Level) Largemouth bass and striped bass hybrids good on crankbaits, sassy shad, and spoons around brush structure, main lake, shorelines, and weed beds. Crappie slow on hair jigs, jigs, minnows, and PowerBait around docks, points, and shorelines. Blue and channel catfish on chicken liver, cut bait, punch bait, small lures, and worms around main lake.
