An Ada man announced today he will file an application with the Federal Communications Commission seeking a license to operate an FM radio station in Seminole.

Ron Ricord, sales manager for KTEN, Channel 10, Ada, said the application will be lodged with the FCC in Washington, D. C Monday, seeking licensing for a radio station which would operate at 105.5 on the FM dial.
