Konawa and Wewoka Compete at Ada Track and Field Event
Bill Anderson Sport Editor The Ada Cougars held their annual track and field event this past Friday in Ada, Oklahoma. Twenty high school teams competed.
Seminole county was represented by the Konawa Tigers and the Wewoka Tigers.
The Konawa Tigers placed 12th overall as a team.
The Wewoka Tigers placed 14th overall as a team.
The Wewoka Lady Tigers placed 15th overall as a team.
Here are the results from the event. These results are the overall placement of the event, not the placement of the individual races. Many Seminole County athletes placed first in their individual races.
