YAHOO SPORTS - The second week of NFL preseason action is upon us, and we have plenty to get you ready.

Nate Tice has players to watch in Week 2 after they caught his eye in Week 1, headlined by Eagles quarterback Tanner McKee, who might be worth a call from QB-needy teams like the Browns and Rams.

Speaking of the Browns, the Eagles face them in each team’s second preseason game Saturday. The big headline is Shedeur Sanders is unlikely to play with an oblique injury suffered on Wednesday. But there are plenty of other quarterback storylines to follow.

Caleb Williams is starting for the Bears on national television Sunday night vs. the Bills, our first glimpse of the 2024 No. 1 overall pick under new head coach Ben Johnson. That game headlines Frank Schwab’s top QB situations to watch this week, along with Jaxson Dart’s second preseason outing and more developments in the Saints’ and Colts’ QB battles.

Justin Herbert will also play a preseason game for the first time in *checks notes* his entire career on Saturday when the Chargers square off against the SoFi Stadium co-tenant Rams. And Brock Purdy and some 49ers starters are expected to play against the Raiders on Saturday too.
