The Bowlegs Bison hosted the Graham-Dustin Chieftains Friday night for their homecoming game.

Bowlegs selected Gracie Taylor as their Queen and Camden Morgan as their King.

The Bison came out firing in the first quarter with a 28-yard touchdown pass to Colby Smith from Cylas Mack.

At the halfway mark in the first quarter, Cylas Mack scored the touchdown on a 24-yard run and right before the quarter ended, the Bison added to their lead with another touchdown to make it 22-0 at the end of the quarter.

To start the second quarter, the Chieftains scored on a 20-yard pass play to put some points on the board. The two-point conversion failed.

Bowlegs went back to work on offense when quarterback Cylas Mack scored on a 14-yard rushing touchdown.

And again, before the quarter ended, Bowlegs scored on a pass to Beck Bransom on a 29-yard pass play.

Bowlegs had a commanding lead with a halftime score of 38-6.

Bowlegs continued where they left off in the third quarter when running back Kayden Presley rushed 11-yards for the touchdown.

The Chieftains had no answer for the Bison and struggled on offense. Quarterback Tyler Lee sealed the win with a 11-yard touchdown pass to Colby Smith that ended the game.

The Bowlegs Bison won their homecoming game 52-6.

The Bowlegs Bison will travel to Tiger Country Friday night to take on the Maud Tigers in their homecoming game and for the 59 Bowl Championship. Bowlegs won the Bowl game last season.

The game has a starting time of 7 p.m.
