In response to the May 28th letter to the editor by Matilda K. Williams: I’ve been rather busy and just got around to reading papers from the last two weeks and I feel it is necessary to respond.

1. The “young father, Abrego Garcia” is a citizen of El Salvador, in the USA illegally. Meaning that he is a criminal for that reason alone.

2. He had a removal order (2019?) because of his illegal status. This removal/deportation order was stayed/put on hold because he was threatened by a rival gang in El Salvador. Sometime later this gang was eliminated but the judge that issued the stay/hold did not lift the stay/hold.

It has come to everyone’s attention that M. Garcia has been found to be a member of the terrorist gang MS-13, he is a human trafficker, a wife beater and who knows what else.

Bottom line, HE IS A VIOLENT CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIEN and does not have any right to be in the United States of America. The sooner he is in prison, preferably in El Salvador, the happier I and millions of other law-abiding USA citizens will be.
