Ahead of National Small Business Week, the U.S. Small Business Administration announced this year’s Small Business Persons of the Year winners from the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Guam.

Greg Costley, owner of Costley Enterprises. Inc. was selected as Oklahoma’s Small Business Person of the Year for 2026.

Each year, the SBA celebrates National Small Business Week by recognizing the achievements of outstanding small business owners and entrepreneurs across the United States. Costley, along with other state winners, has been invited to attend ceremonies in Washington, D.C., May 3-4, where winners will be honored with their individual award along with special recognition of the national runner- up and the naming of the 2026 National Small Business Person of the Year.

SBA also will co-host a free, two-day national virtual summit featuring educational business workshops and networking on May 5-6.

Oklahoma Rural Small Business of the Year, Shelly Boren, Shelly’s Stigler Café, Stigler.

Oklahoma Blue Collar Small Business of the Year, Shelley Lynch, Lynch 3F’s Poultry and Rabbit Processing, Checotah.

Oklahoma Veteran Small Business of the Year, Rodlin and Mia Doyle, Allied Community Services, Oklahoma City.

Oklahoma Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Michael Jackson, Jaxson Construction, Bixby.

Oklahoma Encore Entrepreneur of the Year, Greg Dimery, Fenway Enterprises, Oklahoma City.

Oklahoma Family-Owned Business of the Year, Ali Sevier, Royal Printing, Oklahoma City. SBA Home-Based Business of the Year, Starla Halcomb, LEAD Training, Stillwater.

Oklahoma Small Business Champion, Jonah Toey, Partner Tulsa, Tulsa.
