Longtime Seminole County Assessor Denise Bailey plans to retire, according to the agenda for Monday’s Board of County Commissioners meeting.

Among the meeting agenda items is “discussion and possible action to approve Denise Bailey retirement letter.” Bailey has worked in the assessor’s office since 2002 and began serving as County Assessor since February 2013.
